KAYA'S PACK
Well, I went to WHATEVER!! in the DuBois Mall last night and got in a League game with Larry. He was using the The Protectorate of Menoth, namely High Exemplar Kreoss. Larry used his ALL KNIGHT LIST featuring among other things Bastions, Vengers, Exemplars Errants, Knights Exemplar, The Seneschal, and Dartan Vilmon along with The Dervish. With the extreme amount of soldiers being pitted against me, I decided (against my better judgment) to include some Tharn into my army this go around. Kaya’s army looked like this:

So I put up a good fight. I decided to fight against the enemy in waves. I concentrated on using mobility to my favor, and used terrain to my advantage. Although Vilmon was somewhat annoying, he was mostly harmless. The Warpwolves took out a bunch of models with the help of the Gorax and his animus. I had a lot of Fury on the board but the only ‘beast to frenzy was the Gorax against the Bastians and actually I was okay with that. In the end, Kaya slowly lost her precious warbeasts and got cornered by a combination of Vengers, Vilmon, and Kreoss.
Score another win for Menoth. (Booooo! Hissssss!) :O)
I put Cygnar on the back burner for awhile to play Circle because I have so many boxes and blister packs of Circle stuff laying around in the Autopsy room just waiting to be assembled, painted, and played. I know that if I had brought a Tharn Shaman or White Mane things would have gone better for the Tharn. But both of those models are hanging up on the wall. I could have used an Alpha Warpwolf, but guess what … unassembled! It would have been nice to have had a couple extra Warbeasts other than Argus but guess what … unassembled!
So I guess it’s time to take out the tools and get to work.
